SEER STUDIO is an Austin, Texas–based product line and interior design studio founded in 2020 by Scott Martin.

In his twenties, Scott was primarily a touring musician while working in hospitality before pivoting to interiors in his thirties as a self-taught Interior designer. Starting as an unpaid intern and rising to Senior Designer within just a few years reshaped his understanding of what was possible in the industry and within the medium. During his 9 years working as right hand to the talented Texas-based designer Joel Mozersky, together they designed Brasserie Mon Chou Chou, Pullman Market, Stable Hall, Mezquite, South Congress Hotel, Cafe Fleurs De Nuit at The Blanton Museum and countless residential homes. Woven through that work, Scott began sketching and developing his furniture. He was drawn to the tangibility of the design process and the meaningful, collaborative connection it fostered with both workrooms and his clients.

Inspired by Architectural form and European furniture designers from the 30s to the 70s - Seer Studio’s work is grounded in simple materiality and form, idealized for function. Each piece reflects a balance of restraint and intention -eschewing complicated detail or jewelry in favor of strong yet minimal statement pieces, built and finished by hand in Texas with honest materials. Functional furniture designed to support an atmosphere of creative, relaxed living. Seer Studio’s Interiors practice carries through a similar ethos.

Every piece in the collection is thoughtfully developed and handcrafted in collaboration with artisans and workshops throughout Central Texas.

Scott lives in East Austin with his wife Abby and their daughters, Ilana and Lola.
